Job Overview

As a Regional Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care by covering rota gaps across a range of care packages. You will be expected to travel up to 50 miles and deliver high-quality, person‑centred care tailored to their individual needs. You will support clients in their own homes and within the community, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and overall well‑being.
