**Description:**
You will be the Completion Supervisor - Level 3 for the F‑16 Production Completion team. Our team is responsible for overseeing interior completion of F‑16V Block 70 aircraft.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Completion Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading the interior‑completion effort on the F‑16V Block 70 platform.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Directing a skilled crew of technicians to install and verify interior components.
+ Ensuring all work complies with engineering specifications and quality standards.
+ Coordinating schedules and resources to meet production milestones.
+ Conducting inspections and resolving non‑conformances promptly.
+ Collaborating with engineering and supply‑chain partners to drive continuous improvement.
