**What You Will Be Doing**
As a Completion Senior Manager, you will be responsible for safety, quality, schedule, and cost on F-35 Flight Line for Field Operations. Oversee Fuel Test Facility Team, Propulsion Center team, and Delivery Operations Ground Operations team.
• Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary action of the team.
