Job Description
As a complaints administrator you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding lending complaints and logging information onto the system as well as completing investigations into the complaints to find fair resolutions.
This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your financial product knowledge and network within a great team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take ownership of new complaint calls and update customers on the status of existing complaints.
- Preparing and loading customer complaints onto the client system ensuring all details are entered correctly.
