Work location: This position will be primarily remote and office at 612 East Lamar Blvd Arlington, Texas 76011 (onsite once a month)

Work hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (hours may vary)

Here's What You Need

+ Bachelors Degree required
+ 5 years compensation/HR related experience required
+ Healthcare experience preference
+ Oracle Fusion system experience preferred
+ CCP - Certified Compensation professional preferred upon hire
+ Local Dallas - Fort Worth candidates strongly preferred
