Responsibilities include analysis, design, implementation, and governance of total rewards frameworks to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and compliance. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and critical thinking. Main Responsibilities Regional C&B Advisory & Support Partner with Country HR teams to review and recommend changes to compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with regional guidelines and business strategies.
