Job Description
Sr Manager- Compensation & Benefit Role Overview Manage and execute compensation, benchmarking, and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness, pay equity, and performance alignment. Key Responsibilities β’ Execute annual compensation cycles (merit, promotions, corrections) β’ Maintain salary bands, job levels, and pay structures β’ Participate in Mercer / Aon / Radford surveys β’ Analyze P25 / P50 / P75 positioning β’ Conduct pay equity analysis (P10βP90) β’ Support PLIP design, payouts, and validation β’ Administer ESOPs / RSUs / retention plans β’ Manage insurance, wellness, and benefits programs β’ Build dashboards (attrition vs pay, budget tracking) β’ Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and Hiring Managers Qualifications β’ MBA / PGDM (HR preferred) β’ 8β10 years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards β’ Experience in IT services / product orgs β’ Exposure to benchmarking surveys (Mercer / Aon / Radford) Senior Manager- Payroll Job Summary: Manager, Payroll and Compliance, will oversee th...
