A client is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the development and implementation of innovative reward strategies that strengthen the Employee Value Proposition and support long-term business success. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded leader who combines strong financial acumen with deep expertise in compensation, benefits, governance, and compliance.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual salary budgets, short-term and long-term incentive plans, and retention programmes.
