The People Processes team consist of specialists working in Group People. You will work at our Høvik office in Norway, surrounded by scenic views.
The role will primarily focus on compensation, while also contributing to and supporting work related to benefits. As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will:
- Support the development and governance of global compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with DNV’s strategy and values
- Contribute to the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews and incentive schemes
- Prepare materials and analysis for the Compensation Committee, support executive remuneration processes
- Assist in the administration and monitoring of employee profit-sharing programs and other incentive schemes
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and equity in compensation
