US Compensation Analyst (Individual contributor role)
Responsibilities β’ Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and survey data analysis to
evaluate competitiveness and ensure pay alignment.
β’ Prepare compensation proposals, including salary adjustments,
new-hire offers, promotions, market corrections, and internal equity
assessments.
β’ Support the development and administration of retention bonus
proposals and other incentive-based rewards.
β’ Assist with annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus), including data
validation, modeling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
β’ Manage and prioritize tickets, cases, and ensure timely, consistent,
and accurate resolution.
β’ Maintain documentation standards and ensure compliance with
compensation guidelines and approval workflows.
β’ Generate, maintain, and deliver compensation reports using Excel
and other reporting tools.
