Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the Compensation Advisor plays a key role in both the development and execution of Pomerleau’s total rewards programs.
You contribute to the design, evolution, and optimization of compensation programs, while ensuring their effective day‑day implementation.
You act as a trusted partner to managers and HR teams by providing rigorous analyses, tailored recommendations, and hands‑on support in applying compensation practices.
Your role focuses primarily on direct compensation, with occasional involvement in employee benefits.
