Employee Health & Medical Assistance

• Provide basic medical care and first aid to employees
• Assess and manage workplace injuries and illnesses
• Maintain and update confidential medical records

Health Monitoring & Compliance

• Conduct pre‑employment and periodic medical monitoring
• Ensure employees are fit to work and meet health requirements
• Monitor and track medical clearances, sick leaves, and return‑to‑work status
• Ensure compliance with occupational health standards and government regulations (e.g., DOLE)
