Job Description:

Assures compliance with regulatory requirements to clinical operations.

Responsible for medical/health records, equipment and programs related to Health and Safety.

Evaluates and treats all injuries and illness and guide/direct all referrals to outside healthcare providers and services.

Gives first aide treatments and proper medications to employees as needed.

Coordinates with the retainer doctors and accredited hospitals.

Observes and records symptoms and condition of a patient.

Accompanies the injured employee to the nearest hospital, in cases of accident.

Maintains medical and other related records of all employees.

Go through diagnostic test results and medical certificate to evaluate result (APE/SSS Sickness/Pre-employment/Company sick leave).

Enroll candidates for Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) on the assigned schedule.

Monitors absence pattern especially AWOL and visits employees...
