Job Description
Candidate having company account and administrative experience a plus. Must be fluent in languages Malay, English & Mandarin β *Written & Spoken*.
Candidate well travelled overseas and/or have working experience in a foreign country an advantage.
Prerequisite for the post is courteous, professional and able to multi-task when required.
Responsibilities
Company Administrator
- Act as the first point of contact: handle company administration and customer phone calls and enquiries.
- Manage daily operations & bookings for customer and colleagues.
- Book and arrange customers jobs and schedule colleagues appointment.
- Organize parts and products required.
- Plan/arrange/update important tasks and deadlines.
