Position: Company Administrative / Executive / Personal Assistant
Location: Lisbon
Schedule: Full-time (flexible hours including weekends)

Role Overview
The Administrative / Executive / Personal Assistant will provide high-level support to the Owner, COO, and CFO/Director of Strategy, ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of the business. This role requires a highly organised, proactive individual with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the Owner, COO, and CFO/Director of Strategy, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for executive team members.
