ABOUT THE ROLE

 
We are looking for a Lease Accountant to join our Global Finance team. We will look to you to provide the business with high quality and reliable accounting and reporting that the business can use for decision-making. 
 
You will be required to perform month end procedures for our leasing portfolio including preparing month end rent accruals, analytical review of occupancy expenses, as well as reporting on our Store performance. You will also be required to complete all balance sheet reconciliations, and assist in external audit preparation / requirements, including the preparation of financial statements.
