Job Description
You will be the primary finance contact for the site, working closely with the Site Manager and senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will span day-to-day bookkeeping (70%) through to management reporting and board-level interaction (30%), including:
- End-to-end finance ownership: bookkeeping, payroll, AP, AR, and reconciliations
- Ensuring invoicing and systems (Xero, warehouse systems) run smoothly and efficiently
- Preparing monthly financials and supporting year-end reporting
