As a **Direct Support Professional (DSP)** , you’ll work one-on-one in homes and communities, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (including Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and more). You’ll serve as a mentor, advocate, and steady presence—helping each person build confidence, develop life skills, and live life on their terms.

**What We’re Looking For**

+ 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
+ High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
