The Red Trust Bushey (RTB) is a local Christian charity, which has a presence in and around the Little Reddings/Moatfield area of Bushey, Hertfordshire. Our vision is ‘to stand in the gap’ for those who find themselves marginalised. We want to reach those who are on the edges of community and church so that they can have access to friendly, hospitable spaces where our community can meet, connect and help each other. Currently, our key projects are the community café and the food bank.

We are looking for a new community worker/pioneer, lay or ordained, to lead the work of RTB into its next stage of development. This role will build on the work of our existing Pioneer worker, working alongside a fantastic team of part‑time staff, with strong community links already established.
