Community Support Worker – Residential

Part‑time – 30 hours per week. $23.50 – $29.10 per hour.

Location: Upper Hutt.

We’re looking for an amazing staff member to work with 2 young men and 1 woman ranging in age from 19 to 30. The flatmates have supporting families who remain very involved in their lives. You will build trust with the flatmates and with their families, and work closely with them to support their independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide intimate care, such as assistance with toileting, showering, and personal hygiene.
• Offer physical support, including moving a wheelchair and participating in water play activities.
• Maintain the safety and emotional comfort of the flatmates, allowing voice, choice and control.
