Are you adaptable, energetic, and passionate about supporting adults with intellectual disabilities? We are seeking a Community Support Worker to join our team in Whangarei. This is a unique opportunity to work with diverse residents and teams, ensuring continuity of care and support.

Across the different homes, you will be assisting with daily living, providing high-quality support and care to residents, as well as encouraging and supporting hobbies and activities out in the community. We're looking for someone who is able to respond calmly to challenging behaviours and is able to communicate clearly with different staff members.
