About the Role

We’re looking for a calm, reliable, and observant Awake Night Support Worker to join our Greymouth Mental Health team. This role is ideal for someone who prefers quiet, independent work and needs flexibility in their schedule. The right candidate must be available to work weekends. 

You’ll be awake throughout the night, ensuring the safety and well-being of the people we support while they sleep. Your presence provides reassurance and stability — and you’ll step in only if support is needed. It’s a solitary role, but a vital one.
