An exciting development opportunity exists for a registered nurse to join our multi‑disciplinary community respiratory service. The post holder will provide long‑term respiratory disease management in the community, support patients stepping up to the virtual ward and receive those stepped down to chronic disease management. You will be supported by experienced band 7 and 6 respiratory nurse specialists and may also work alongside pulmonary rehabilitation, home oxygen assessment, supported discharge and community respiratory physiotherapy services.

This is a part‑time post – 29.5 hours per week with flexible days.
