An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full‑time Band 6 CPN to join our Locality Mental Health Team supporting the North area of Lincoln.

We are looking for a highly motivated RMN who is keen to join a supportive and recovery‑focused service, working with service users experiencing severe and enduring mental ill‑health.

The post holder will work within a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team including Community Mental Health Nurses, Recovery Practitioners, Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners, Psychological Intervention Facilitators, Nursing Associates, Community Support Workers, Psychiatrists, Psychologists and admin staff. The post holder will also work alongside Neighbourhood Teams, Integrated Placement Based Teams, Adult Social Care, GP surgeries and other partner organisations to ensure the best outcomes for patients and carers.
