Our Lifeguards are responsible for the overall safety of all individuals in the outdoor pool area. This is accomplished by enforcement of safety rules and rules of the pool. Lifeguards are responsible for daily and routine maintenance of the swimming pool and surrounding area during their shift. Lifeguard Certification reimbursement and Referral Bonus available.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise all swimmers and non-swimmers at the community pool

• Explaining and enforcing rules, regulations and policies to ensure safety of patrons

• Warning swimmers regarding unsafe situations

• Maintaining order in swimming areas

• Responding to emergencies and rescuing swimmers in danger of drowning

• Performing first aid procedures when needed

• Maintain the safety equipment, poolside

• Monitor pool equipment and chemical levels
