Summary You will serve as a Community Planner for NSA ANNAPOLIS. Responsibilities You will lead multi-disciplined teams involved with base and facility development, generate project packages including 1391s, site planning, permitting and space allocation documents, generate project business case analyses. You will consider all aspects of facilities development including installation demographics, economic conditions and trends, sustainability concepts, economics and cost estimating. You will make recommendations to decision-makers based on sound economic analysis.
