Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Conduct community awareness sessions at both health facilities and community level.
• Carry out household visits to promote and follow up on immunization schedules and services.
• Organize and lead regular community mobilization sessions focusing on immunization and general health awareness.
• Develop weekly and monthly outreach activity plans in coordination with the team.
• Submit timely and accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on outreach activities.
