Community Midwife

We are looking to recruit band 6 experienced midwives with an interest in providing Community Midwifery care to a caseload of women. The successful applicants will be confident and competent in all aspects of midwifery care.

We currently have three community midwifery teams (Kettering, Corby and Wellingborough) which cover a large geographical area.

You will work as a member of the midwifery team, taking responsibility for clients and babies at home and in the clinic setting. At all times adhering to the Nursing and Midwifery Code of Professional Conduct 2015 (NMC). Shift patterns may vary depending on the area and the model of care in place, however flexibility will be required to cover days, and an out-of-hours on call rota 7 days per week to ensure comprehensive service provision.
