Spot On is an independent news startup reimagining how young Indians get their news 🗞️ We tell the stories that matter with clarity, credibility and courage.

We’re looking for a Community Manager who lives and breathes social-first storytelling and can shape how our audience experiences the news across platforms in real time. You will be making judgment calls on what stories to push and how to engage the audience around them. This role is for people who think in terms of posts, not articles. If you’re not already following Indian news closely, this role is likely not the right fit.
