UPMC Community Care Behavioral Health is hiring a Community Health Worker (CHW). This role will work 28 hours/week between 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. There is flexibility in the schedule with the preference that the CHW works some hours each day and has the flexibility to adjust hours to meet members needs. This position predominantly travels throughout York and Adams Counties with some time spent working remotely.

**Despite the pay range listed, the current budget for this position is $19.80 - $21/hr (dependent on experience).
