Community Growth & Sales Associate (Part-Time) – Thiru’s Gourmet | St. Jacobs Market

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, people‑person to help grow our presence at St. Jacobs Market.

This role is primarily:

• sales
• customer engagement
• content capture

The right person naturally creates conversation, draws attention, and makes customers feel welcome and excited to try something current.

Schedule

• Thursdays: approx. 11am–3pm
• Saturdays: approx. 11am–4pm

Approx. 8–10 hours/week.

Starting at: $20/hour - performance incentives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Engage customers confidently and proactively
• Explain products and make recommendations
• Help convert samples into sales
• Introduce customers to our home delivery service
• Process customer orders and payments
