Salary range: £31,000

Hours: 35 hours per week

Place of work: Hybrid arrangement (min of 3 days per week in office)

Annual Leave: 27 Days

We help them achieve the best possible quality of life and, when needed, ensure the best possible support at the end of life. As our care expands across seven London boroughs - Barking & Dagenham, City & Hackney, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest - as well as West Essex and East Hertfordshire, the charity is reaching more families than ever before.
