Community Education Manager (CEM)- Behavioral Health

Horizon Health is seeking a CEM to join our team at Murray Calloway County Hospital in Murray, KY. The Community Education Manager, in conjunction with the Executive Director, is responsible for the planning and implementation of a comprehensive community education program. He/she coordinates the referral development/sales process, develops and maintains accurate community education information and account management systems, as well as coordinating the unit’s internal and external communications program. Functions as preceptor to provide training and support to subordinate Community Liaison’s as needed.
