We are seeking a Community Caretaker to join our Neighbourhoods team in Bristol.

With experience of caretaking and cleaning, you’ll also be responsible for reporting repairs and removing bulk waste items from communal areas on the estates.

You will need to enjoy working with people as will be a visible representative for Clarion in the neighbourhood and have experience of caretaking and cleaning being responsible for the cleanliness, safety and security of our residents. 

You’ll be required to drive around sites across Bristol; so the ability to travel is crucial.
