Community Care Consultant (Field-Based Role)

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour + Performance Bonus + Mileage

This is a relationship-based sales role where you will be out in the community, building connections and meeting with families to guide them through care decisions. It is not a desk job, and it is not a high-pressure sales environment — success comes from building trust, having meaningful conversations, and following through.

We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. If you are someone who builds rapport easily, listens well, and takes pride in helping others while achieving results, this could be a great fit.
