Salary Range: $22.06 To $25.69 Hourly
COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES PROVIDER
Title: Community Based Services Provider
Location: Albany, NY
Program : HCBS
Type: per diem
Pay Range: $22.06-$25.69 (hourly)
Schedule : Flexibility as needed
Notes : Local travel; a NYS Driver’s License and personal vehicle is required
