We are seeking a passionate community connector and engaging storyteller to join our team as the Communities and Partnerships Lead.

This senior specialist role builds and stewards relationships that help Auckland Pride thrive, strengthening our credibility, influence, and resources through values‑aligned partnerships, sponsorship, and community‑grounded advocacy. The lead is relational and strategic, an engaging storyteller with strong judgement about where to focus, representation of our kaupapa with integrity, and the ability to turn relationships into tangible outcomes.
