Job Description
A Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and safeguarding the organisationβs brand reputation across external and internal stakeholders. This role operates within a fast-paced environment, overseeing communications for multiple brands across NTUC Club, spanning both B2B and B2C portfolios. With a strong emphasis on B2B communications, experience with B2B communications is an advantage.
You will lead and execute integrated communications strategies across external communications, corporate communications, internal communications, and employer branding, ensuring all messaging is cohesive, purposeful and aligned with organisational goals.
The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and strategic communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of managing multiple portfolios and channels while maintaining a clear, consistent brand voice. Experience in media relations and public relations is an added advantage.
