Position Summary
We are seeking a detail oriented and creative person to support the Roski School’s Communications Department with content development, scheduling, and organizational efforts. This part-time resource role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working within Google Workspace, and experienced in managing digital content across email and social platforms. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, an eye for concise messaging, and an interest in the arts.
Key Responsibilities

+ Create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and shared assets using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

+ Draft and curate short-form copy for social media, newsletters, and other related communications

+ Collaboratively curate and schedule email campaigns using Constant Contact

+ Assist in curating, scheduling, and publishing content on Instagram
