With one foot in the Pullman ecosystem, and another firmly in listening to guest needs, you will be the control centre for the guest experience. We’re after someone who listens attentively, notices the little things, and approaches every task with confidence and a “can-do” spirit.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Coordinate all inbound phone calls within the hotel
• Have excellent communication skills and have the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
