**Summary**

This position will manage a team responsible for the sourcing, qualification and day to day management of all parts and suppliers in the Capital equipment segment of Celestica. This team have overall ownership for all supplier relationships including T&C, Pricing, contracts etc

**Detailed Description**

+ Manages a group of commodity management. Manage pricing, T&C, Supplier capacity and OTD etc etc
+ Manage a team of Supplier Development Engineering. Sourcing, developing and qualifying new suppliers, developing new capabilities at existing suppliers. Driving cost reduction activities at suppliers etc etc
+ Leads quarterly price negotiations for call commodities in the segment
+ Establishes corporate target and provides direction to managers in areas of global pricing, terms and conditions, supplier programs...
