We are currently seeking 2 x Commissioning Engineers for a major transmission substation project based at Creag Dhubh. This is a 4-month contract opportunity working on high-voltage infrastructure within a live transmission environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Commissioning and testing of 132/220/400kV substations
• Testing of CTs and VTs
• Checking and verification of protection schemes , including Busbar Protection
• Interface testing of Transformers, Circuit Breakers, Reactors, and GIS
• Carrying out Primary Injection and Secondary Injection testing
• Supporting commissioning documentation, fault finding, and energisation activities
