We are looking for a motivated and passionate Casual Commis Chef to join the PLG team at the Peninsula Club in Dromana. You’ll focus on basic food preparation tasks, support experienced chefs, and maintain a clean and organised kitchen. Located on Gibson Street, just one street back from the Dromana Pier, the Peninsula Club operates seven days a week from 9am. With an expanded TAB, outdoor decks, two bars and great staff, the Peninsula Club offers the ideal location for lunch with friends or family.
