We are seeking a results-driven Commercial/SLED Sales Leader located in either the New England or Texas market(s) to oversee and drive the performance of the commercial/SLED sales team. This role is responsible for achieving revenue targets, coaching team members, and developing effective sales strategies to grow the business. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a proven sales track record.
**Primary Position Tasks:**
+ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed targets
+ Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations
+ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
