Roles and Responsibilities

1. New Product Development: Lead and manage the development of new chicken product recipes, including formulation, sensory evaluation, and documentation. Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and operations teams to develop innovative chicken product concepts that meet customer and consumer needs.

2. Production Optimization: Collaborate with operations and production teams to optimize production processes for chicken products, including cooking, marinating, and seasoning. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient production of chicken products.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and execution of commercialization plans. Collaborate with marketing to develop product positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies.
