**Independence Title** in **Austin, Texas** , a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a **Commercial Title Policy Typist** responsible for preparing and finalizing commercial title insurance policies for complex real estate transactions and requires knowledge of title commitments, endorsements, and closing practices. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations, and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
**The Commercial Title Policy Typist is responsible for:**
· Preparing and finalizing commercial title insurance policies, including post-closing endorsements, in accordance with commitments and closing instructions
· Reviewing title documents (commitments, proformas, closing packages) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with underwriter guidelines
