Full Description: I am working on behalf of a respected law firm with a reputation for quality service and excellent internal systems. They are looking for a capable Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor to join them on a locum basis for a defined holiday cover period in January 2026.

Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload involving lease disputes, dilapidations, forfeiture, rent arrears, and other landlord/tenant litigation.

Provide high-quality legal advice to a commercial client base.

Maintain file standards and service levels throughout the cover period.

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE in commercial property litigation.

Able to work remotely and independently.
