We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the pre & post-fixture operations of our owned fleet. The role involves close coordination with charterers, brokers, agents, and internal teams to ensure efficient and profitable voyage execution.

• Handle post-fixture operations including voyage planning, laytime calculations, and cargo documentation.
• Liaise with charterers, agents, bunker suppliers, and shipmasters to coordinate voyage instructions.
• Monitor vessel performance and ensure compliance with charter party terms.
• Follow up on freight invoices, demurrage/dispatch claims, and cost approvals.
