Key tasks and responsibilities:
Discussions with customers on contracts, prices, payment-terms and overdue mainly remotely
Business steering (mainly EE)for sales force of direct accounts by developing, communicating mid and short term customer specific targets regarding price/volume, additional financials and projects.
Monitor monthly sales updates and propose counter measures.
Generate information about the customer's demand estimation, competitive situation and the general market conditions to better position Covestro as a key supplier at the account.
