- Manage procurement contracts (both short-term and long-term)
- Handle sourcing and purchasing of goods and services based on business requirements
- Oversee import/export operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and maximizing benefits (e.g., BOI privileges)
- Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery
- Source new products and identify new suppliers
- Manage and evaluate supplier performance
- Monitor market trends and conduct new sourcing activities
- Prepare, control, and manage procurement and service contracts
- Prepare procurement-related reports
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, including environmental, safety, and quality standards
